Take the Six Forks Road South Exit. Travel Six Forks through the stoplight at Strickland Road.
Turn right on Forum Drive. Lifepointe is on your right past Briggs Tire Center and the Magellan
Charter School.

Take the Six Forks Road North Exit. Travel Six Forks through the stoplights at Millbrook, Lynn, and Sawmill Roads. Turn left on Forum Drive, (Chick-fil-A at the corner and then a  K-mart). Lifepointe is on your right past Briggs Tire Center and the Endeavor Charter School .

From Downtown Wake Forest

Head South on Main Street.  Travel approximately 3 miles and cross Capital Blvd.  Road changes name to New Falls of Neuse Road.  Take First Left on Forest Pines Drive, then Left on Common Oaks Drive.

Take the Capital Blvd North Exit.  Travel 3.5 Miles and turn Left onto New Falls of Neuse Road.  Take First Left on Forest Pines Drive, then Left on Common Oaks Drive.
