HIGH SCHOOL MISSION CAMP @ STUDENT LIFE 2010

Want a mission trip experience but you aren't ready to go overseas. This year we will be offering an alternative to our traditional mission trip in the form of "mission camp." The trip is hosted by Student Life and will be held at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC. We will leave on the morning of June 14, and return home on the afternoon of June 18. We will participate in camp activities including worship, messages and small groups in the morning and evening but leave camp to do missions during the day. Mission opportunities will vary depending on group size and ability. Anyone currently in grades 9-12 is welcome. The cost for this camp is $339 if you register before 01/31/09. The cost increases to $359 if you register between 01/30/09-05/01/09. You cannot register after 05/01/09. Deposit of $50 is due at the time of registration and the remainder must be paid by 06/01/09. The camp will sell out so REGISTER ASAP to make sure you can come with us! Partial scholarships are available based on need. Please discuss with Todd if this applies to you.

Housing will be on campus with separate dorms for boys and girls. All meals at camp are included and will be eaten at the university cafeteria. Transportation will be provided. If you are interested in helping shuttle the group to and from camp (2 hour drive) please let Todd know. Parent shuttles really reduces the cost of transportation in renting vans.

Registration is streamlined this year. All you have to do to start is fill out a form online. From the form you can chose to pay online (Please use this function if you can as it makes the process that much easier for all of us) or you can pay the traditional way with cash or check delivered to our office. Your spot will not be reserved until at least your deposit is received. All those registered will receive a packet with schedules, packing lists, a medical release form and behavior agreement form after the registration period has closed (05/01/09). These forms will be due along with any outstanding balance by 06/01/09.
