Hope Reins of Raleigh

Hope Reins of Raleigh is a home for rescued horses who are used to help hurting kids (aged 5-18) heal from abuse, neglect, illness, trauma or at-risk environments. They are holding a volunteer day April 21st at 10am to come check out the facility and learn about what they do. Every day they have opportunities for volunteers in the community to be a part of changing these kids lives. If you or your Lifegroup are interested in participating, RSVP at http://volunteerrounduphopereins.eventbrite.com or call Hilary Schofield at 770-539-0186

Thank You, From Ron

Our friend Ron insisted that we make this note available for all to see:

“My name is Ron Clifton and I was struck by a vehicle January 20th and very severely injured. I want to thank my brothers and sisters at Lifepointe who have supported me and lifted me up in every possible way. Prayers can work miracles and definitely have in my life. But another miracle is the care and compassion shown to me by my Lifepointe community. The calls, visits, donations, time and energy lifting me up have been heart wrenching. Again, I just want to thank all my brothers an sisters in Christ. They have shown in a tangible way Gods love for me and for us all. If you would like to talk, I’d be more than pleased to speak with you about my journey. 919-798-8002.”

Thanks to everyone who has participated in Ron’s recovery. You have made a lasting impact in the Kingdom of God. :)

I do regret to inform you, however, that they have just lost their little one. If you are interested in helping with meals or other needs the couple may have over the next week or two please contact Cynthia at 828-260-3301 / cviola@lifepointechurch.com
